OTHER INGREDIENTS: Maltodextrin, capsule shell (gelatin, colours - titanium dioxide, iron oxides and hydroxides, patent blue V), anti-caking agent - magnesium salts of fatty acids.RECOMMENDED USE: The recommended daily allowance is 4 capsules. Wash down with approx. 300 ml water. On workout days: 4 capsules 30 minutes before workout. On non-workout days: twice a day, 2 capsules on each occasion, preferably 30 minutes before your meal.
