So i have never been one to go to the gym, until I was spurred on to take the opportunity to use the work place gym. I decided to start taking protein supps to support the growth of muscle after a session.

As someone who hasn't delved into the world of protein supplements I didn't know where to start, but this Allnutrition Vegan Protein was amazing! and exceeded my expectations. tasted amazing, and packed with 22 grams of protein. once mixed well it was a perfect strawberry milkshake and I genuinely was excited to get home and have one.
