Ordering Process

Once an order has been placed, the transaction is processed manually at the premises of My Supplement Shop Ltd. This website should be regarded as an invitation to treat. Any order placed by a customer is an offer to purchase, which My Supplement Shop Ltd may accept or decline in its absolute discretion without having to give a reason. A contract is deemed to be made at the point of delivery being made.

You are responsible for your use of this site and for your orders, so please ensure that any details you are asked to provide to us are accurate and true. Keep your login details secure so that no one else can misuse them.

Prices and Product Information

We endeavour to ensure all prices, pictures, and information are correct at all times on our website. However, we reserve the right to amend orders and subsequent prices if circumstances dictate. If a product is advertised as "old style" packaging, please make contact with us before purchase. Products are continuously being updated/remarketed by manufacturers, and as such, we may not have the most up-to-date images and/or descriptions displayed. We only ever supply the newest, most up-to-date version of the product offered to ensure you receive the newest, longest-dated stock available.

Should you order an item which differs from that received, we will offer a freepost return for this and offer a full refund upon receipt and processing of the return, provided the item is unused and in saleable quality.

Contract of Sale

    1. Your order is an offer to to buy the product(s) in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from MySupplementShop, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the "Order Confirmation E-mail"). The Order Confirmation E-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when we dispatch the product to you and send an e-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched the product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). If your order is dispatched in more than one package, you may receive a separate Dispatch Confirmation E-mail for each package, and each Dispatch Confirmation E-mail and corresponding dispatch will conclude a separate contract of sale between us for the product(s) specified in that Dispatch Confirmation E-mail.     2. Please note that we sell products only in quantities which correspond to the typical needs of an average consumer's household. This applies both to the number of products ordered within a single order and the placing of several orders for the same product where the individual orders comprise a quantity typical for a normal household.


  • We use the Royal Mail in the UK for a majority of our deliveries. Delivery in the UK typically takes 5-7 working days. Delivery in the UK (excludes Scottish Highlands and Ireland) typically takes 48 hours.
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days of being placed.
  • Our address labels are created automatically based on the address you enter. Incorrectly entered addresses are not liable for re-shipment or a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that addresses are entered correctly.
  • The Royal Mail delivery service that we use classifies UK destination parcels which take over 5 working days from the day of dispatch for delivery as "Delayed". At this time, please continue to wait for your order and it is likely that it will arrive shortly. After 15 working days from the day a UK destination parcel is dispatched, an order is considered by the Royal Mail as "Lost". In the unlikely event this occurs, please inform us and you will either receive a full refund or the option to have your goods dispatched to you again.
  • Delivery disputes can only be taken further up to five days after the tracking states delivered.

Delivery Charges

Charges are calculated at the time you place your order and will be clearly stated in your shopping basket. The charge depends on your location and the value and weight of goods ordered. For orders £60 and over, there will be no delivery charge. However, this excludes heavy orders, bulk liquids and glass items which will incur a courier charge and may be limited per order to better ensure safe delivery.

Re-Delivery Charges

Please ensure that the delivery address you enter is correct. Goods that are returned to us will incur a further delivery charge.

Temporarily Out of Stock Items

If you order multiple items and some items are temporarily out of stock (may be due to unprecedented demand) then we will send you the items that are currently in stock and refund you the amount for the items not currently in stock.

Returns Policy

You are responsible for checking that goods are correct when you receive them without opening them or removing the cellophane wrapper.

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 working days. We will repair or replace the goods or refund your payment, as appropriate. You must retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods. If the goods are incorrect you must return them without removing the cellophane wrapper.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must notify us in writing within this time period, and the item must be returned in its original condition, unopened and unused. We will issue a refund for the cost of the item, excluding any delivery charges, upon receipt of the returned item. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

Damaged Goods

If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us within 7 working days of receiving the order. We may require photographic evidence of the damage before authorizing a return or replacement. Once we have assessed the damage, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, as appropriate.


If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched, you must follow our returns policy as outlined above.
