Good pre workout gives nice energy and focus, definately makes you sweat not sure if that is making me shred fat but it helps the workout motivation. Probably the best applied nutrition pre workout, not a fan of of their 3g line and the ABE is good but not as good as this

This product is different from their all black pre workout which I've used for years and is excellent for the price. Came across there thermogenesis pre workout and thought I would give it a try!! Taste is OK! Didn't get the same buzz as with the other pre workouts, but I found that I could lift heavier for longer to the point my legs were shaking!! Now for the Thermo bit well it works never have I sweated so much during and up to 2 hours after my training! I felt like i was burning uo from the inside and had to have 2 showers just to help cool down. I can only assume its what the change will feel like in a couple if years time! Overall a good product and does as it says! Will definitely buy again

This stuff is pretty extreme - 1 dose and I'm sweating during my warm-ups. It didn't taste great - very metallic but for the pump and energy you get it dosent really matter.

Too early to tell if it's contributing to any fat loss but you definitely know about it when you've had a scoop! Great for my cardio in the morning however, I don't stop sweating for about 3-4 hours afterwards. Still feel well energised throughout the day. Good product so far and good price.

Tried this morning after receiving a sample with a recent order. Used to take various preworkouts years ago but stick mainly to a double espresso these days. This was a real throwback to the more extreme stuff I've taken in the past. Managed an extra rep on each set on bench press and was already close to a +2.5kg for my recent 1RM which went up no bother. So then of course I added 5kg to my recent 1RM as I felt pretty unstoppable and low and behold, up it went. Haven't stopped sweating since and jittery as a **** so I guess that's an overall success. I remember well now why I stopped taking this kind of stuff!

Took this at 9:30 am before my workout, it’s now 12 and I’m home still sweating. 10/10 🥵
