    OTHER INGREDIENTS: Cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), natural mixed tocopherols and ascorbyl palmitate. Capsule consists of gelatin. Allergens: Contains: Soy. No wheat, no gluten, no dairy, no egg, no fish/shellfish, no peanuts/tree nuts.

    RECOMMENDED USE: Take 1 capsule up to 3 times per day with a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.

Easy to take, trustworthy brand

These are great for those of us who need a bit of a cognitive boost. They have no soy which is a must for me and I like the easy to swallow gel-tabs best. These will boost your memory and make it a bit easier to sleep at night as well. Although it can be difficult to determine whether or not the effect is a placebo effect the science seems good to me and I trust the Jarrow brand. I have tried many other formulas from them and have had good results.

I do believe it works

I'm a firm believer in supplementation in almost every regards and the Jarrow Formulas Ps-100 was used during a time of intense physical and mental training I had to endure for about 5 months. Of course, I would only relegate and add it in during the testing phase and when I had to do some extra studying. I prefer the soy variety as well.
