I told myself not to exaggerate, but I think it deserves more attention as It’s definitely the best pre-workout I’ve ever tasted, so I can understand the price they sell it at. I used a bit more water to dilute it because the flavour of juicy watermelon is quite sour (which I love, sometimes) but also it’s my preference. It genuinely does taste like juicy water melon, and a bit of bubblegum, it’s a pretty light pink shade too once it’s mixed. There was no side effects like the usual tingly, uncomfortable sensation I get with cheaper pre workouts such as Optimum Nutrition (Those are kind of a nightmare, the itchiness is tough to deal with) Ease of mixing is the best, I mixed for a good 20 seconds and there were no clumps left at the bottom of the cup. The amount of energy it gives too, I feel like I could hit a few PR’s when I use it before the gym, I’ve only drank it once on an empty stomach, but I’m sure the performance levels would be just as good as other aspects of the pre. There were also no underlying effects on the skin, or any effects on my body such as my stomach. I think it’s worth noting that it does take a good minute to find the scoop, as I lost a bit of powder whilst struggling to find it. Other than that and my ranting, It’s worth every penny and I’ll gladly purchase it again.

I haven’t had this product for very long, but in the short term I can say that it’s refreshing, tastes nice and seems to do the job. I felt more awake and ready for the day/workout - I’d say having oxyshred can definitely contribute to this. I would also say that other reviews are right in terms of the difficulty of finding the scoop, it was right at the bottom, and not immediately visible, but getting it out with a spoon seemed to do the trick :) Also, the advice to not have it after 5pm is spot on. I missed this and had it around 6pm, and uncharacteristically couldn’t sleep until after 2am. I also wasn’t hungry at all after having it. All in all, does its job and the nice taste is an added bonus. :)

Definitely worthwhile for the energy it gives, no itchiness or jittering, I take it 20mins before the gym and it does seem to help me push through my sessions

So. My product arrived and reading all the hype I can definitely say proceed with caution! Firstly, I thought my product didn’t come with a scoop (it did and was just at the bottom of the container and had to fish out with a fork) I didn’t know this and USED A TABLESPOON of oxyshred in the morning! This clearly meant I OVERDOSED and felt the consequences of my actions 10 mins later jumping through the roof with a gust of energy! THE RUSH OF ENERGY WAS WILD! I felt like I could run a marathon! I needed to burn this energy at home at 9am because I simply COULDNT SIT DOWN! I genuinely did 200 sit ups before I couldn’t do 10, I did 100 squats in 20 mins and still felt like I could fly, I had to listen to calming music to bring me back down from this energy high as I felt my HEART RACING and POUNDING from using a TABLESPOON of oxyshred. I know for a fact if I was at the gym I could’ve pushed myself to the limits that day! So please! Before you DON’T find your scoop PLEASE LOOK FOR IT using a fork in the container and DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT use a tablespoon of this lethal concussion!! This was just the first time I used it- will it help me at the gym YES! Will it help me shred and loose weight DUE TO ENERGY YES! I will report back in a month to see if it does truly make you SHRED! Lastly, this stuff surpresses your appetite and doesn’t even make you think TWICE about food! I felt full up slightly nauseous the whole day!
