excellent ingredients but too much sweetener
I first tried mixing the daily dose (5g is a level scoop) in water and it was way too sweet, I could even smell the sweetener with the glass just sitting in front of me. It even attracted a banana fly through the open window and I haven't seen those all summer since it's been so cold.I then realised this would be perfect to mix with gross tasting vegan protein powders to mask the unpalatable taste and it has been working great for that. I still think that there are way too much artificial sweeteners since super greens can taste good with little to no added flavour, it almost tastes like I mixed a highly sweetened pre-workout into my green smoothie.The ingredients are excellent though, most are organic powders and everything you would want to ingest in a single glass, low in calories (23 kcal), not the highest in fibre (only 2.3g per serving) and so many natural vitamins and antioxidants.The ingredients are worth the price, but the flavour is a bit too much for me to repurchase this, however, if you despise greens but want to be healthier - this may be your new best friend.

This is a fine, white powder with simple creatine monohydrate as the only ingredient and no unnecessary junk like flavours, sweeteners and colours that so many sports supplements come with.It is mainly flavourless but does have a bit of a metallic or mineral taste, similar to some stronger tasting tap water that I've had, mixes in water easily but can also be added to protein shakes.I use it to increase and maintain the lean muscle mass that I've already built, if you are trying to bulk you can take more than the 5g daily dose. I normally take it shortly before a workout to get the most benefit from creatine helping with performance and being able to lift more.On rest days I take it whenever I feel like since it doesn't matter as much then.
