Zur Lieferung: war schnell und rechtzeitig da Verkufer: zuverlssig, hat mir im Paket ein Protein Riegel und ein fertiges Gericht(Hhnerbrust mit Reis) geschenkt.. Echt nice von ihn. Ich bedanke mich dafr :D Zum Produkt: ich kenne es schon lnger und Universal hat da ein sehr guter Kreatin, funktioniert bei mir hervorragend und man merkt schnell einen Unterschied, man kann sich damit auch schnell Steigern und mehr Gewicht heben, ist zum Empfehlen, nur Fruit Punch ist nicht so meins, schmeckt ein bisschen Chemisch, aber vielleicht liegt es nur daran dass ich es etwas sliches haben mag und gib 2 scoops reingebe Bis jetzt probiert: (von einer Skala von 1-10, 1 sehr schlecht - 10 sehr gut) Blueberry - 9 weil es fr mich nicht so wirklich nach Blueberry geschmeckt hat, war aber trotzdem lecker Traube - 10+ ich finde Traube schmeckt am besten auch wenn ich 2-3 scoops reingebe, werde ich demnchst wieder bestellen Fruit Punch - 7 weil es wie gesagt etwas Chemisch schmeckt, wollte mal was neues Probieren, ist aber auch in Ordnung, trinkbar und nicht ekelig Ich finde die Zusatzkosten fr die Lieferung nicht so toll, ist zwar Schade aber meiner Meinung nach lohnt es sich da man das Produkt in Wien nicht findet und ist sogar kaum in Amazon zu finden (Traube Geschmack)

So far so good. I like it. It keeps me filled (muscles)up when on low carbs and keeps me rocking in the gym as if I have carbs in my system. And yes you can use creatine to cut. Your better using this when cutting because anyone who really knows how to cut you need that ATP.
