Efectiv Project Pump 440g

I have taken some of the ingredients before in lower amounts, and had noticed benefits, so was happy to trial. My inner lid had a slight pin prick hole. But product inside looked fresh and fine. I have taken a few times. One of the best tasting supplement drinks (other than shakes) that I have had. Not too sweet and the taste didn't linger. Only issue, which won't stop me taking it, is I get a slight skin tingling. I do on occasion take full flush niacin. Which I like. This was nothing severe like that. But I wasn't expecting it.

This is a tub containing a fine powder (440g) and a scoop. The Directions say to put 1 scoop (11g) in 200ml of chilled water and shake to mix and consume immediately. Alternatively, you can go for the full PROJECT PUMP experience and 2 scoops (22g) in 300ml of chilled water, shake to mix and consume immediately. I went for the latter, the full PROJECT PUMP experience. The 2 scoops mixed in remarkably well, leaving no unmixed residue in the bottle after being consumed. The taste was surprisingly good for an early morning drink, it tasted of fresh strawberries and not too sweet. I am not sure what effect it had on my workout, but I certainly had no complaints as I left my workout partner in my wake. I intend to experiment with 1 scoop or 2 as well as mixing into water or milk and mixing using shaking or a stick blender to find out what works best for me.

I have tried some energy alternatives to give me a buzz in the afternoon since I am working and exercising from home. I initially tried caffeine tablets, but I did not enjoy them as I had no appetite and lost weight. I came across the Efectiv Project Pump brand and was impressed at how many amino acids, minerals and natural extracts it incorporated; there is a vast list of ingredients, including adaptogens. That is probably by far the BEST energy drink I have ever tasted, from the taste to its effects. I am delighted it contains Rhodiola rosea and Lion`s Mane, as I take both separately daily. Both are incredible for the brain and cognitive processes. Given the flavour, strawberry and kiwi, I expected a red and sweet drink. I prefer more concentrated drinks; this one is lovely with less water. I drink at least 1.5 litres of filtered water daily and am happy to consume a drink that hydrates and feeds my cells and brain. Project Pump is lovely and gives you a push while providing precious nutrients. It is a drink I use when my workday is hectic and before workouts. I am now completely converted to powdered energy drinks. I have not attempted to use other brands because I was impressed with the drink. I do wholeheartedly recommend the brand as, for me, using it was a success story.

I've been training 19years and I've used a lot of supplements I find that usually these pre workout powders taste very chemically, however this is not the case here it's such a refreshing drink and taste great it mixes perfectly, and I felt I had tons of energy throughout my workout, it did not give that tingly feeling you get from some pre workout, and it is a great value as you get loads, however I did unfortunately drop mine allover the floor so only got to try the one shake from the full tub

Easy to mix powder AND it tastes ok, too. I'm looking forward to tearing a few telephone directories up........with my bare hands 😂😂
