I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 30 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around 1 month. Pretty good value for money at well under a tenner. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your female multivitamin health as it has a decent spread of vitamins, minerals and some botanicals.

After using them for a little over a month, I can say it has really helped with my hair growth, skin and energy levels. My hair has grown a lot since taking them! Would definitely recommend.

I’ve tried vitl vitamins before and have been really impressed by them and these multivitamins are no exception. The tablets are a small enough size to sallow and smooth enough they go down easy. They do have a slight smell to them and can be tasted slightly but it’s not too bad and pretty normal for multivitamins. The offer a decent range of vitamins and good amounts and are an all round decent vitamin if you want something that covers all the bases. Overall I’m really happy with them and would definitely recommend them.

Amazing multivitamins, free of nasty bulking agents and with decent RDA values! Please get over yourselves regarding the taste/smell - it's a quick swallow and it doesn't even leave an after taste or anything to justify the amount of bad reviews regarding the smell. It's an excellent women's multivitamin at reasonable price.

I will warn, these little vitamins are smelly, and made me feel quite sick if i didn’t take with food (does warn you to do so on the packaging) however i really like them, they have all essential vitamins in so you don’t need to take multiple. They have helped clear hormonal acne which i’m impressed by :)
