Das ist mal eine ordentliche Portion Kalorien

Das Paket kam gut und sicher verpackt an. Der Riesenbeutel ist schon etwas umstĂ€ndliche aber ist bei der Menge wohl normal. Das Pulver löst sich zwar gut auf, aber bei der empfohlenen Menge muss man schon gut schĂŒtteln. Hier wĂ€re ein Mixer bestimmt besser. Man muss ja auch nicht die angegebene Dosis nehmen - das sollte an das eigene Trainingsniveau angepasst sein. Ansonsten schmeckt er sehr lecker der Shake - mit Milch natĂŒrlich noch besser aber das ist jedem selbst ĂŒberlassen. Klare Empfehlung
