Value for money it’s a good stuff
I enjoy the flavour, it gives you that extra pump when working out and it works well with BCAA’s too. In one training session I lost 2lbs so in my opinion it works very well!!
I've tried several pre-workouts before and this one by far beats the resy, my workouts are longer and i work harder during them, it gives you that extra kick on those days that you're not particularly wanting to go to the gym.
Maybe I just got used to icy blue razz (been on it for 4 years) but it just hasn't felt like it's working for me any longer. Double scooping, triple scooping, nothing. Switched it up for this flavour and suddenly it's like I'm taking pre-workout for the first time! I can feel the tingles, the buzz, the focus, its all there again! And even better, I dont spend my preworkout buzz crapping it down the toilet like I'm squeezing mud out of a potato sack, I actually get to use it on the weights 💪 and the flavour... Its like taking a hit from a pez dispenser 🤤
