My toddler loves taking her vitamins from Mary Ruth’s. She says “mom, it’s yummy” so the flavor is good, the consistency is easy, and I trust what’s inside of the droppers with Mary Ruth’s. I am done with over the counter shelf vitamin shopping- there’s so much stuff they don’t have to identify on the label in those capsules. This is pure and simple. My husband and I use the flavorless adult drops- and it’s an easy way to boost his immunity when he’s being run down without him noticing necessarily. I tell him, but he can’t taste it!
I settled for this because of the pricing. It is actually good for a reasonable price.
Once I discovered MaryRuth's products, as we run out of supplements, vitamins, etc. we restock with MaryRuth's. The flavor is palatable on all, the quality is great. Just got to remember to take it.
This is our favorite zinc! Clean & does not affect your tummy. You can take it on a completely empty stomach.
