The shots come in a little bottle with a tamper proof seal and a **** topped lid so you can gage how much caffeine you want and you do not need to drink the whole content in one sitting. For example if its getting later in the afternoon and you need a little lift but do not want the full 200mg of caffeine you may just drink half the bottle and **** shut again. Great little bottles in Tropical Sourz flavour and very nice tasting and not just artificial juice taste flavouring either. Within 10 minutes of drinking you have your fatigue lifted which is impressive.

We’ve tried all 3 flavours available in this product and definitely favour the blue raspberry although I will say that all are palatable. The shots definitely do the job. I tend to experience minor face tingling when they kick in but this disappears when working out. Happy to recommend 😊

Even though these are only a small volume, I still struggle to drink it all in one go. They are absolutely packed with caffeine, and I do feel the hit pretty quickly. To the point where it’s better to drink when I’m already at the gym rather than before I set off. Taste wise, you definitely get the lemon and lime flavour, they remind me of those frozen ice poles you get in summer. Good multi box too, so will last a few weeks.

I used one of these Warrior energy shots before I did a hard workout in the gym and have to say I am impressed. There is 200MG of Caffeine per serving which is like drinking 3 cups of coffee in one go. The other main ingredients are Beta Alanine and Arginine 2000MG respectively. The taste admittedly is pretty sour and may not be to your liking but I don't mind it. I found that my gym workout was a bit better than usual I felt more energetic probably due to caffeine. the price is currently £14.99 for twelve bottles which think is reasonable. Overall A good product for when you need a quick boost of energy.
