This Vegan Ashwagandha is fairly low dose compared to some of the other ashwagandha capsules there are. Not that that's a bad thing, some can be too strong. This three month supply of Ashwagandha looks much the same as any other. It doesn't have a taste, but you can smell the ashwagandha in it. They appear to work at reducing stress and anxiety, so I will continue taking them.

I’ve been taking ashwaganda for a couple of weeks already, too soon to know if it’s really making a difference as yet and I thought I would use these when my current tub (a different brand) is finished.
