I tried this once with milk and then decided it could do so much more. The only limits are the limits of your imagination. Personally I have a sweet tooth so I make Dare mixes with vegan yogurts and vegan cream. Both are delicious. Blending is done easily with a spoon or whisk. I have even made a Dare cheesecake using just vegan soft cheese and vanilla Dare. It mixes in with ingredients in a similar way to flour or cocoa and is a great way to get nutrients into fussy eaters or people on restricted diets. The kids will never know!!

I've tried lots of protein powders, not really for fitness, mainly because I go through phases of not eating very well so I like to look for protein drink with lots of vitamins and minerals. Just had this and it's delicious! No artificial flavour, cocoa and peanut tastes so smooth and more like roasted nut after taste. Will definitely be rebuying this

really tasty, natural tasting cocoa with a hint of vanilla. it tastes like a good quality, thick shake! definitely not a super-sweet, cloying shake flavour however i already have another basic protein shake powder when i fancy an extra sweet one. i like the fact that one serving is 200 calories which is quite low when you consider the amount of protein. this one feels more filling and substantial than my basic protein shake and i am really enjoying the protein boost alongside my usual food intake.

I'm a busy working parent and an amateur athlete with a reasonably high training load. This means that I don't always have time to prep a meal, but I do need to make sure I am fuelling myself appropriately for my training. I found Dare quite by accident and I am glad I did. I like the fact that it's focused on nutrition and health with thoughtful ingredients. I also like that, unlike other brands, it isn't over sweetened. Of course it's better to eat whole foods and proper meals, but there just isn't always time for that, which is when I reach for this shake. It's an excellent product and I would recommend it to anyone.

NHS Doctor in A&E and work night shifts and long hours, a shake seemed like a good idea to ensure I get all the protein, carbs, fats and vitamins/minerals. I've tried a few and my favourite so far is the motivational shake from dare. I much prefer the taste and texture and also felt the benefits feeling less tired during shifts and more energised.

When it comes to Vegan shakes I have tried them all... The shake from dare is both vegan and Gluten free and has 100% of all the vitamins I need. It doesn't get any better than the dare shakes and I would high recommend. 5 stars from me.
