Sometimes, I'm on the run and forget my daily creatine. I have never resorted to pills before because most pills contain 500mg of caffeine and I would need to take 10 or more a day. Luckily, here comes Animal Pak with their 2.5g of creatine for every 2 pills so I only need to take 4. Great for being on the go and still getting my daily creatine.

Universal animal creatine is the best. Last time I used creatine monohudrate from universal was way back in 2002 and after so many years I used again the animal creatine. It's still give u the same pump, enormous power in gym. U can do more reps, lift heavy and recover faster.
